Basic First Aid
The EMS Academy at Underwood-Memorial Hospital offers training in basic first aid on an as needed basis. Classes for groups can be scheduled to meet at times that are convenient for the group and can even be offered at your location.
Classes can range from 2 hours to 60 hours depending on the needs of those in the class. Certification can also be offered through a variety of agencies to meet the needs of the class. Certification can also be offered for individuals that are interested in becoming first aid instructors. Many times in house members can conduct first aid and cpr training for staff members a a much more reasonable cost.
Instructors can even come to your group and put on a presentation.
